	Payment As the designs and wording are unique to you, we will require full payment on placing an order. Return Policy As full written confirmation is required on placing your order and each item is unique, we regret that items cannot be returned or refunded. Cancellation Policy If orders are cancelled within 48hrs after payment, a full refund will be given. After this time, no refunds are available. Product Quality As a design company, we endeavour to ensure all of our products meet the specifications we have agreed with you. However due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be slight variations.

As we individually design for each couple, these prices are only a guide. When you receive your sample(s) the exact price(s)
will be quoted.

Design Samples
Design samples can be ordered over the website or via telephone, at a cost of Ł10 for 1 or £25 for 3. Matching samples of different products can be ordered at a cost of Ł2.00 each. The cost of the chosen sample(s) will be deducted from the cost of your order.

Production of your order will only commence after written confirmation is received, regarding your chosen design.

Delivery
Delivery costs start from Ł15.00 per package. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All items will be dispatched within 6 weeks of you placing an order, unless you are otherwise notified. Items can be dispatched within 3 weeks (materials and workload allowing), at an additional cost of Ł50 per package.
